A lifelong travel planning nerd who's built a successful career in tourism over 10+ years (eep!)

In 2012 while tour guiding, I fell in love with an Austrian boy in an apres-ski bar (yes, really) and relocated my life and career to Vienna, Austria.

Not only did I fall completely for the boy - I fell for the entire country.

Finding the quirky, hilarious and underrated experiences in my new homeland became my favourite activity - in work and on weekends.

Sharing those places with visiting friends, colleagues and fellow immigrants to Austria via a travel blog was the natural extension of my nerdy enthusiasm. Other people started to take notice too - since 2015 I've been a local contributor for respected travel publications like Lonely Planet, Forbes Travel and more.

Now, I'm dedicated to slowing down my lifestyle and growing my business to help other slow travellers better enjoy this incredible country.

Through my digital guides, itinerary planning services and more I help people who value substance over surface and local over listicles to enjoy diverse experiences and places. All while supporting the local economy, culture and environment.
